21st Annual Conference on Youth Service Provider Fair 

Registration Form

Your agency is invited to participate in the Service Provider Fair, a feature of the Annual Conference on Youth.  The fair gives your agency an opportunity to highlight its services for the conference participants who represent a full range of youth serving organizations in Allen County.

Your agency is invited to display the services and programs you offer to our community. A skirted table will be provided for your agency's display.  Tables must be set up by 7:30 a.m. and should remain up through 3:00 p.m. We request that someone from your agency be available at the table during this time.

We would like your agency to consider what Assets are built through the relationships of your staff/volunteers with your clients and the programming offered. If at all possible, we would like you to display the Assets you are building somewhere on youth booth, and discuss them with conference participants.  Great KIDS is able to assist in this identification process if necessary - contact us.  

  • The cost of participating in the Service Fair will be $40.00 for the table only. Breakfast and lunch is an additional $30.00 per individual.
  • Electrical outlets cost an additional $25.00.
  • Checks should be made payable to "Great Kids Make Great Communities" and mailed with the enclosed response form.

  • Vendors should bring handouts and giveaways for 800 participants.
