Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES in partnership with Early Childhood Alliance presents: "Zones of Regulation: Strengthening Emotional Intelligence in Youth"

  • Ivy Tech Community College - Room CC 1640 3800 North Anthony Boulevard Fort Wayne, IN, 46805 United States (map)

There are many children who struggle to regulate their emotions for many different reasons. This training uses the "Zones of Regulation" by Leah Kuypers as a framework to discuss how to help kids understand, interpret and regulate themselves in a world that is often confusing. By addressing underlying deficits in emotional and sensory regulation, executive functioning, and social cognition, the framework is designed to help move youth toward independent regulation.

THIS TRAINING IS CURRENTLY FULL. To be added to the wait list, please send an email to info@greatkidsallencounty.org.
